Exchange - Return
You will have 15 days from the date you receive your jewellery to contact us through our customer support channels (email, phone or message) and request an exchange or return. Subject to stock availability.
The shipping fee is the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days after the receipt of the pieces being returned. We recommend you use a tracked shipment method as we will not take responsibility for any lost items.

We only ship our jewelry via first class with order signature and tracking.

Care & Handling
To best care for your silver pieces avoid contact with any chemical products or water, that will keep your pieces shiny.
Clean regularly with a soft silver cloth or silver jewellery cleaning products (not for pieces with stones), and store in a dry place avoiding pieces to touch.
Please remember that silver is a very resistant material and appropriate for daily use, but jewellery pieces can be delicate, handle them carefully.
